Process Serving
This is always an embarrassing and
delicate operation for the person/s being served. Working
totally within the legal guidelines and court instructions,
our
agents strive to be discreet whilst
remaining forceful.
Time restraints are our agents top
priority to meet the requirements of our clients. In
situations where documents cannot be served, we provide all
necessary affidavits of attempted service to provide the
courts with sufficient evidence for additional orders to
effect service by other means necessary.

collection Guidelines in all of our activities whilst being
conversant with privacy legislation, the Uniform Consumer
Credit Code and the
Federal Trade Practices Act.
